Alcatraz Island Entry to Alcatraz Island Prison with audio tour included. Guests will be assigned a boat departure time to experience the prison grounds. This is a $41 nonrefundable value.

Guests will also receive a one-hour bay cruise voucher. The cruise voucher expires the same day as your Alcatraz date. You can use the cruise voucher before or after your Alcatraz Island experience based on your departure time.

This experience is non-refundable and cannot be changed for any reason. If you cancel or ask for an amendment, the amount you paid will not be refunded. This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

1) Is transportation included to/from Pier 33?

No. Transportation is not included. Hotel pickup/drop off is not included.

2) How and when should I book my tour package?

Our packages can sell out quickly, especially during summer months. It’s best to book online on this site to lock your reservation in. Do not plan Alcatraz the same day as your arrival flight to San Francisco. WE CAN NOT GUARANTEE A TIME SLOT PRIOR TO YOUR FLIGHT.

Yes. There are several parking garages and lots available near Pier 33.

The Cellhouse Audio Tour is available in Dutch, English, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Mandarin, Portuguese, Russian, and Spanish.

8) What does the Alcatraz Island visit include?

Round trip 15 minute ferry ride to Alcatraz Island. Your visit will also include an award-winning 90-minute cell house tour. An audio box with headset is provided on the island for use and is included. Most guests spend 2.5 – 3 hours total exploring the island after the audio tour.
